Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger hope to move back to Germany Bundesliga in the future, despite revealing that he feels comfortable in West London and is enjoying his stint with the Blues.
The 27-year-old, also assured the fans that he is not considering departure from Stamford Bridge is currently and he is comfortable.
“I would never rule out a return to the Bundesliga,” he told Sportbuzzer.
“But it is currently not in my head. I feel good in London and at Chelsea, I am completely accepted and respected – it’s not easy to give up.”
Rudiger, who was born in Germany, to parents from Sierra Leone, has rose through the youth ranks of Borussia Dortmund and VfB Stuttgart before making his Bundesliga debut in 2012when he joined AS Roma in a season loan.
The central defender completed a permanent move to Chelsea 2017 for an estimated fee of £27 million. During the first few months of the 2019-20 season he went under the knife to sort out a long-standing groin issue before making a return to Frank Lampard’s set-up in December. The German has a contract until 2022.

Rüdiger made his international debut for Germany in March 2014. He was forced to miss EURO 2016 due to an injury suffered earlier in the season but he was part of the squad that won the 2017 FIFA Confederation Cup. He was also part of the Germany 2018 world cup winning team.
