Ayoub El Kaabi leads Olympiacos to win the European Conference League title

Olympiacos emerged victorious, and Moroccan international Abdellah Al Kaabi played a crucial role in securing the European Conference League title.

Al Kaabi's goal brought his total tally to 16 in the competition, including preliminary rounds, and denied Fiorentina the title for the second consecutive year.

Al Kaabi made history by becoming the fourth Arab player to score in a European final, joining the likes of Algerians Rabah Madjer and Saeed Benrahma, and Egyptian Mohamed Salah.

He is also the second Arab player to score in a European Conference League final, after Benrahma achieved this feat with West Ham against Fiorentina last season.

The 30-year-old striker's impressive performance earned him the top scorer in the European Conference League, making him the first Arab player to achieve this feat.

Olympiacos' victory marked a historic moment for the team, as they became the first to win a European title in their country since Dutch team Feyenoord in 2002.

Additionally, Olympiacos set a record for the longest wait to win a European title, with 64 years and 259 days passing since their first match in European competitions.
