The return of Ben Simmons to the Sixers made headlines last week, especially as it was one the main offseason trade saga. His return to practice, which many expected to be an awkward interaction between him and his teammates, seem to have gone smoothly.
Simmons did everything in his power to get the Sixers to trade him, and even refused a visit from Joel Embiid, Danny Green, Tobias Harris and other teammates who wanted to talk to him face-to-face. But no awkwardness seem to be installed among the players as of now.
Are the Sixers back to normal? Based on what we hear, YES! However, things may have been a little downplayed by players and coaching staff. We'll just have to wait and see to truly find out.
