Without Kwame Opoku, Bibiani GoldStars lacked bite in a goalless Week 10 draw with Aduana FC that deepens their early-season survival fight.
Ghana Premier League Week 10 delivered another frustrating afternoon for Bibiani GoldStars, who were held 0-0 at Dun's Park by Aduana FC. Missing the firepower of prolific striker Kwame Opoku, the hosts huffed and puffed but never found a way through.
The best chances fell in the first half. Razack Sanou saw an effort blocked by a stubborn Aduana backline, then sent a late header wide of the target. Richard Kotey also went close with a long-range strike that flashed just past the post, and Bernard Kesse's run in behind, set up by Michael Nkoah, was cut short by the offside flag.
Aduana had their own moments after the break. Mohammed Shawkan thought he had given the visitors the lead, but the referee ruled his goal out for offside. Moments later, Emmanuel Kobi produced a superb save for Bibiani to keep the scoreline level.
Both coaches rolled the dice with substitutions in search of a late winner, but neither side could find the breakthrough. Aduana stay inside the top four, while Bibiani GoldStars remain in a tough spot, battling for survival ten games into the 2026/27 campaign and badly in need of goals.
