Boakye's hot streak, an Inaki strike and a Kyereh goal-and-assist kept Ghanaian talent firing across Europe and Asia.
Ghana's players abroad had a busy weekend. Boakye's hot streak now stands at six goals in 10 games, and Inaki Williams and Daniel Kofi Kyereh also found the net as Black Stars talent delivered across Europe and Asia.
Inaki Williams scored in Athletic Bilbao's 4-0 win over Getafe in La Liga. In Germany, Kyereh scored and set up another goal in VfL Osnabrück's 3-0 victory over Greuther Furth. In Denmark, Horsens beat Sonderjyske 5-1, with Kingsley Bimpong scoring twice and John Batigi also getting on the scoresheet.
There was more scoring elsewhere. Emmanuel Addai scored for Leuven in a 2-2 draw with Lommel SK in Belgium. Prince Obeng Ampem found the net for Shanghai Port in their 3-1 win over Tianjin in China. Kwame Poku provided an assist in QPR's 5-0 thrashing of Swansea in the Championship, and Godswill Vadze did the same for Zemun in their 1-0 win over Macva.
In the Premier League, Mohammed Kudus played 89 minutes for Tottenham in their 2-0 win over Chelsea. Caleb Yirenkyi and Brandon Thomas-Asante, a Ghanaian duo, were also involved for Coventry as the Ghanaian presence in England continued.
