Chicago Bulls back at full strength after all their players are once again eligible to play

The Chicago Bulls was one of the first teams that reported a lot of new Covid-19 cases throughout the past week. Exactly they were the team that lit the spark for the recent postponements in the NBA. Their two games against the Detroit Pistons and the Toronto Raptors have been rescheduled for future dates. The Bulls had around 10 players who tested positive for Covid-19 and were put in the health & safety protocol. They weren't able to use players like Zach LaVine, Ayo Dosunmu, and Stanley Johnson. However, even without them, the Bulls won their two shorthanded games. At first, they defeated the Los Angeles Lakers in United Center, 115:110. DeMar DeRozan solely snatched the victory for the Bulls as he erupted for 38 points. In the follow-up game, they faced the Houston Rockets, demolishing them, 133:118. Now that they are back at full strength, the Bulls will be looking to keep up the fast pace from the beginning of the season. The team faces off the Indiana Pacers in their next game after Christmas. They are 2nd in the Eastern Conference with a 19-10 record, right behind the Brooklyn Nets. Moreover, Chicago has proven to be a tough team that can defeat even the best rosters in the NBA. We are all curious to see how far Billy Donovan will take his team throughout this campaign. Most of us look at this team of the Bulls and we get flashbacks from Derrick Rose's best years in Chicago or even back from the dominant Michael Jordan's era. However, one thing is certain. The team has got everything they need to be a top contender for the NBA Championship this season. We will surely get our answers in the end of the season, but so far things are looking fantastic for them and their supporters. People in Chicago would love to get the title back in the city after a quarter of century drought.
