Former UFC star Conor McGregor has announced that he will be facing Manny Pacquiao in a boxing bout.
In a Twitter post, the Irishman said his next boxing opponent is Pacquiao and the fight will happen in the Middle East.
“Anyway all water under the bridge who gives a fook. I’m boxing Manny Pacquiao next in the Middle East,” he wrote.
McGregor’s last boxing bout came against Floyd Mayweather, in what was one of the most expensive fights in history.
The 32-year-old lost that fight, ensuring that the Money Man extended his undefeated run to 50-0.

“It will be a true honour to have faced two of the greatest boxers of the modern era, afraid of a fight,” he tweeted.
This comes after The Notorious said in January that he was actually lining up a fight against the Filipino and that a contract signing was close.
