Former Liverpool legend believes that Jay-Jay Okocha is the most talented player to have come from the continent, however he rates Eto'o and Drogba as the best players to have come from Africa.
Okocha was known for his spectacular dribbling abilities, especially his skills in the use of step-overs, Diouf, who was a former teammate of the Super Eagles legend at Bolton, admitted he has never seen a player as talented as the midfielder since he was born.
