Dwayne Wade ready to back Chris Paul to run for President

Share

Miami Heat legend Dwayne Wade has backed buddy Chris Paul to run for the Presidency of the United States.

The former NBA star believes Paul has been one of the most inspirational personalities in the sport.

Paul, who currently players for the Oklahoma City Thunder, is vocal when it comes to matters of humanity.

He played a tremendous role in ensuring that NBA players continue to be abreast and active in the fight for social justice in the US.

In a Twitter post, Wade said he will readily vote for the 35-year-old should he decide to run for President.

“I’ll vote for @CP3 to be my President when he’s ready to run,” he posted on his Twitter page.

It is unknown if Paul is actually considering a career in politics, especially as he is still an active NBA player.

Paul was recently in action when Oklahoma City Thunder recorded victory over the Los Angeles Lakers.
