Golden State Warriors' Kevon Looney suffers ankle injury, ruled out for two weeks

Golden State Warriors forward Kevon Looney will be out at least the next two weeks as he continues to recover from a sprained left ankle, the team announced Wednesday. The 24-year-old big man suffered an ankle sprain during Tuesday's 111-107  defeat to the Boston Celtics and had an MRI late Tuesday night that confirmed the sprain. He will be reevaluated in two weeks as he continues rehab. https://twitter.com/warriors/status/1357103408734367746 "This was a fluke," Warriors coach Steve Kerr said after the game. "He caught his foot on the floor and rolled the ankle. Just the way it goes. I feel bad for him because he's worked so hard to get back to this space and he's really been playing well for us, so it's a big blow." Looney is averaging 3.7 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 14.7 minutes over his first 21 games this season.
