Israel Adesanya’s Ex Reportedly Loses $500K After Suing for Half His Wealth

Share

Charlotte Powdrell, the ex-girlfriend of UFC star Israel Adesanya, has reportedly lost $500,000 in a shocking courtroom twist after suing him for half of his fortune. Powdrell, who dated Adesanya for a year, took legal action demanding half of his estimated $15 million net worth.

She argued that their long-term relationship entitled her to financial support, claiming he should have married her.

However, after a lengthy legal battle, the court ruled in her favor—ordering an equal division of Adesanya’s wealth. But in a stunning revelation, it was discovered that the UFC champion had no assets in his name.

Official records listed his net worth as $0, with no personal bank accounts throughout his life. Reports suggest that Adesanya’s entire fortune is managed by his mother, Taiwo Adesanya, who has handled his finances since the beginning of his career.

As a result, the court ruling backfired on Powdrell, who is reportedly worth $1 million. With no assets to split on Adesanya’s side, the court ordered her wealth to be divided—leaving both parties with $500,000 each.

The case has sparked widespread debate, with many questioning the strategic way Adesanya manages his finances.

Neither Adesanya nor Powdrell has publicly commented on the ruling.
