Trevor Lawrence and Jacksonville cruised past a quarterback-depleted Baltimore on Thursday night to climb to 6-2.
The Jacksonville Jaguars made light work of the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night, rolling to a 33-10 victory that pushed their record to 6-2 and marked their fifth win in six games.
Trevor Lawrence led the way, throwing for 242 yards and a touchdown as Jacksonville controlled the contest against a Ravens side running on fumes. The Jaguars' offense stayed efficient while the defense kept Baltimore's attack bottled up from start to finish.
Baltimore's problems started under center. With Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley both sidelined by injury, 25-year-old rookie Joe Fagnano made his first career start and managed just 60 passing yards. The Ravens never found any rhythm through the air, and the gap showed on the scoreboard.
The defeat is Baltimore's fourth in a row and drops them to 4-5. With their top two quarterbacks on injured reserve, the Ravens now turn their attention to the arrival of Jacoby Brissett, hoping the veteran can steady a season in danger of unraveling. Jacksonville, meanwhile, keep rolling as a serious contender in the AFC.
