Nigeria Star Samuel Chukwueze impressive performance has attracted English giant Liverpool to make an offer of £29.5millon for the player in January transfer window which rejected by his team villarreal.
The 20- year-old came through the academy at Villarreal and broke into the first -team last season,making 38 appearances in all competitions and scoring eight goals. He have played 22 matches in the La-Liga , scoring three goals and providing three assists.
It reported that, the winger wanted by the reds to provide cover-up for Mohamed Salah, with Xherdan Shaqiri increasingly looking set for a future away from Anfield. However, the bid was reportedly turned down by La-Liga side Villarreal, who are said to holding out for Chukwueze's £55million release clause to be met.
Chukwueze contract with Villarreal is up till 2023 and the Villarreal are hoping to keep him,but Chelsea also keen to sign him.
He was in Nigeria under 17 world cup team in 2015, and since than he has progressed into the first team player for Villarreal.

Villarreal rejected a €35m Liverpool offer for Samuel Chukwueze in January. The LaLiga side want any club interested in the winger to meet his €65m release clause.
