NASCO Puts TV and Fridge on the Line for Women's Premier League Stars

Ghana's top women's players now have a monthly prize to chase: a 40-inch NASCO HD TV and a double-door fridge for the Player of the Month.

Ghana women's football just got a fresh incentive to chase. NASCO Electronics has unveiled a prize package for the 2026/27 Women's Premier League Player of the Month, with the winner taking home a 40-inch NASCO HD Television and a double-door NASCO Refrigerator.

The initiative sits under the Ghana Football Association's partnership with Electroland Ghana Limited, NASCO's distributor in the country. The goal is simple: reward individual excellence and lift the competitive standard across the league, which kicked off its new season just last weekend.

Every player in both the Northern and Southern Zones is in the running. The monthly honour will weigh consistency, goals, assists and, crucially, the wider influence a player has on her team's results. It is about more than stat-padding; it is about who drives her side forward.

Electroland is no newcomer to Ghanaian football. Through the NASCO brand, the company already backs the Ghana Premier League, the Women's Premier League and the MTN FA Cup. This new prize extends its habit of rewarding top performers to the women's game, giving players another reason to push hard from matchday one.
