Pedro Neto struck twice after the break to hand Chelsea a vital away victory at Everton on Saturday.
Pedro Neto was the difference-maker on Saturday, scoring two second-half goals to send Chelsea home from Everton with a vital three points.
The winger made his mark when the game needed it most. After a tight contest, he stepped up after the break and delivered the decisive moments. Away wins in the Premier League are never easy to come by, and this one carried real weight for Chelsea.
It was the kind of performance that dominates any player-ratings debate. Neto sits at the top of the list, with his direct running and composure in front of goal separating the sides. Others in the Chelsea camp were quieter on the day, but the result masked any lulls.
For Everton, it was a frustrating afternoon. They will feel the contest was there to be won, but they could not contain Neto once he found his rhythm. Chelsea will now look to build on this result, with their match-winner in confident form.
