Pascal was born and raised in Cameroon, and he never wanted to become a professional basketball player, until he received an offer to play college basketball. This explains his limited basketball knowledge at the time. It turns out, he took a photo with Ibaka just because everybody else was doing it, and not actually because he looked up to him.
The funniest part, is that he ended up becoming teammates with Ibaka, and they've now battled side by side and won an historic championship run last season.
Siakam has stepped up as Toronto’s main man this season. His rising impact on the court has also earned him a spot at the 2020 All Star Game.
