Christopher Ennin expects a fast, ball-playing battle as Port City host Vision FC in Tema, with both sides chasing all three points.
Ghana Premier League action heads to Tema this weekend, and Port City coach Christopher Ennin is promising fireworks. His side, nicknamed the Eewo Family, welcome Kukurantumi-based Vision FC to the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex, with both teams desperate for a win.
Ennin took charge at the start of the 2026/27 season, and he believes the fixture will be a treat for neutrals because the two clubs favour a similar approach. Both like to keep the ball on the deck and build play patiently, which should make for an open, entertaining contest.
The coach was also keen to show respect to the opposition. Vision FC, he said, are far from a poor team, and he treats every club in the league with the same regard. Underestimate an opponent in this division, he warned, and you can quickly get punished.
With that in mind, Port City have been working on their transition from defence to attack, along with a range of tactical plans designed to take points on the day. Ennin expects one of the best games of the season, but he knows only one team will walk away with the spoils: the better side on the day.
