Ten regional champions will battle for national glory at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence from 8 to 15 November.
Ghana's next generation of football talent gets its national stage this November, as Prampram hosts the 2026 U-17 Colts Regional Champions Cup at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence. The Ghana Football Association has confirmed the tournament will run from 8 to 15 November.
Ten regional champions from across the country will arrive in Prampram with one goal: to be crowned the best U-17 Colts side in Ghana. Over seven days of competition, the young players will test themselves against the best from other regions, a step up from the local circuits where they earned their places.
The event is backed by sponsors KIVO and JLAB and sits within the GFA's youth development pathway. The idea is simple: give the country's most promising Colts players a national platform to show what they can do, in front of the people who matter in Ghanaian football.
The GFA Competitions Department has locked in the dates and venue, but the full fixture list and the names of the qualified clubs are still to come. Those details will be announced in due course.
For the players involved, this is more than a trophy chase. It is a chance to be noticed, and in a country that has produced so many stars from grassroots football, the next big name could well emerge from Prampram in November.
