Ghana's teenage forward Prince Amoako Jnr has clocked a half-century of appearances for FC Nordsjaelland in the Danish Superliga.
Ghanaian teenager Prince Amoako Jnr has reached a landmark moment in Denmark, making his 50th appearance for FC Nordsjaelland. The Right to Dream Academy product marked the occasion with a substitute outing against OB in last Friday's Superliga clash.
Since arriving at the Danish top-flight club in February 2025, the explosive forward has returned 11 goals and 7 assists across those 50 outings. Those are strong numbers for a player still in his teens, and they confirm why he is considered one of the brightest young talents in the league.
Nordsjaelland were quick to celebrate their youngster on social media, saluting him for turning 50 with the tiger on his chest and congratulating him on the anniversary. His form has also drawn admiring looks from top clubs across Europe.
That progress earned him a first Ghana call-up in May 2026 as the Black Stars prepared for the World Cup in North America. He missed out on the final squad for the tournament in Canada, the USA and Mexico, a setback for a player so young but hardly the end of his international story.
The current campaign has been tougher on the pitch, with Amoako Jnr going eight league games without a goal. For a winger of his pace and flair, though, the milestone is a reminder of how much he has already achieved, and the goals should come as he looks to rediscover his edge.
