Ghana's Jesurun Rak-Sakyi created the opening goal in the third minute as Kasimpasa cruised to a 2-0 away win in the Turkish Super Lig.
Ghanaian midfielder Jesurun Rak-Sakyi made an instant impact in the Turkish Super Lig, laying on the opening goal as Kasimpasa won 2-0 away at Gaziantep FK.
It took just three minutes for the visitors to strike. Rak-Sakyi pounced after a misplaced pass from Drissa Camara, gathered possession and moved the ball quickly to Haris Hajradinovic, who unleashed a thunderous drive from outside the box into the net.
Kasimpasa extended their lead in the 21st minute when Adrian Benedyczak kept his nerve from the penalty spot, giving the visitors a healthy cushion going into the break. Gaziantep pushed for a way back after the restart, but Kasimpasa stayed disciplined and compact at the back to protect their two-goal advantage.
Rak-Sakyi was withdrawn in the 63rd minute after a productive outing. The assist takes his season tally to two in seven appearances, to go with one goal for the club.
The win lifts Kasimpasa to 20 points, while Gaziantep stay on eight points after another setback.
