Sensational Denver Nuggets force Game 7 with Clippers after erasing 19-point deficit

The sensational never-say-die Denver Nuggets on Sunday, September 13 came from behind to erase a 19-points difference against Los Angeles Clippers.

With 22 minutes remaining, Nuggets fought hard in the second half and extended the Western Conference semifinals series to a Game 7 against the Clippers.

Nuggets has now become the first team in NBA history to play Game 7 in four consecutive series.

Game 7 will take place on Tuesday, at 9 p.m ET.

Facing elimination for the fifth time in this postseason, the Nuggets showed the resolve of a team that believes it can write even more history than it already has. The Nuggets stormed back to save their season and extend their stay in the bubble for at least another game. Their improbable 111-98 win Sunday afternoon over the Clippers in the Western Conference semifinals forced their fourth consecutive Game 7 in as many playoff series. https://twitter.com/nuggets/status/1305223001068040192?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1305223001068040192%7Ctwgr%5Eshare_3&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fdenver.cbslocal.com%2F2020%2F09%2F13%2Fdenver-nuggets-los-angeles-clippers-western-conference-playoffs-nba%2F Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic had a game-high 34 points, snatched 14 rebounds, and dished seven assists. His four 3-pointers helped crush the Clippers’ second-half will. Jamal Murray added 21 points, five assists, and five rebounds, while Gary Harris registered a playoff-high 16 points. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George combined for 58 points, but their teammates looked dejected as the Nuggets poured it on.
