Sulley Ali Muntari Express readiness to play in South African League

Former Ghana black star midfielder Sulley Ali Mutari has express interest in joining South African Premier League giants Kaizer Chiefs.

The former Inter Milan player has been in the news for his recent links with the Ghanaian side Accra Hearts of Oak for sometimes but has come out to denied the rumor and confirmed interest in joining Kaizer Chief in South Africa.

Sulley told Marawa sports world on Metro FM that he is open to playing for Kaizer Chief.

"I spoke to an agent. He gave me a call. I have forgotten his name.sipho….i don't know how to pronounce his name.

"I would love to come and play in South Africa because they have great teams that I like. For instance, Sundowns are there, Pirates are there but my favorite one is chiefs.

'I don't know why but I have been following Chiefs for a moment now, I love the way they are and everything," Muntari said.

"So I said if I am going to South Africa, there is the only team I want to play for, that is chiefs. He continued,

"And with all due respect to Pirates and Sundowns and the other teams that are in the South African League, of course, this is what I prefer, so that's what I spoke about with the agent.

" That it and I haven't said anything more.But why not? It's home, Ghana is home, South Africa can be home. It would be good to come to South Africa but I haven't made my mind as yet".

The 35 years Ex Ghanaian international has played for tops European clubs like Inter Milan, AC Milan, Udinese, Sunderland, and Portsmouth. He was part of Mourinho's Inter team that choked the 2010 Champions League success where they beat Bayern Munich 2-0 in the final.
