Nassam, Eduafo and Baffour-Akoto are in the running for the UMB Division One League's September/October Coach of the Month prize.
Ghana's second-tier football has a new race to watch, as three tacticians have made the shortlist for the UMB Division One League NASCO Coach of the Month award for September and October.
Abubakar Nassam of Sankara Nationals, John Eduafo of Ebusua Dwarfs and Christian Baffour-Akoto of Semper Fi are the names in contention. Each earned his nomination after guiding his side to impressive results across the two-month window.
It is a notable moment for all three clubs. Their form on the pitch has put their coaches in the spotlight, and the recognition shows how competitive the Division One scene has become as the campaign moves forward.
There is a prize on the line, too. The winner will take home a 43-inch NASCO Television Set, provided by Electroland Ghana Limited. Now the wait begins to see which of the three gets the nod.
