Head Coach of the Togolese National Football Team, Claude Le Roy has been sacked after failing to guide his side to the Africa Cup of Nations.
The Hawks who finished bottom of their group failed to record a win in all their group matches, including a 2-1 defeat at Home to Kenya in their final game of the qualifiers.
Le Roy has been in charge of the Togolese senior Team since 2016, guiding the team to the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, making a personal Record, 9th appearance in the Tournament.
He has prior to that managed Ghana, Senegal, Cameroun and a host of other nations. His greatest feat yet, is guiding Cameroun to glory in the 1988 Africa Cup of Nations.
It will be interesting to see where the 73 year old head next after his latest set back.
