Ghana Premier League Week 9 ends in a goalless draw at Nii Adjei Kraku II as Vision FC and Port City both fail to string together back-to-back wins.
Ghana's top flight delivered a tight, tactical stalemate in Tema on Saturday, as Vision FC and FC Port City shared the spoils in a 0-0 draw at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex in Week 9 of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League.
Both sides arrived on the back of wins from the previous round and were eager to build momentum. Instead, disciplined defensive shapes took center stage. Clear-cut chances were scarce, and neither attack ever found a consistent rhythm as the contest turned into a battle of structure over flair.
Port City held the edge on the numbers, controlling 56 percent of possession to Vision's 44 and firing eight shots to the hosts' three. But territory and volume did not translate into a decisive moment, and the visitors had to settle for a point.
That point still lifts Port City to third on the table with 15 points, though their spot could shift depending on Sunday's results. Vision FC sit 12th on ten points from nine matches, still hunting the consistency they need to climb.
Next up, Vision travel to face Karela United, while Port City return home to host Basake as they look to protect their place in the top three.
