Wilfried Ndidi could become the next Nigerian to play for Real Madrid

According to a report emanating from Spain, footballing superpower Real Madrid are after Leicester City star midfielder Wilfred Ndidi.

It is not a great surprise that Leicester assets are admired by a larger clubs around the football sphere, in fact it is to be expected. This interest can certainly be taken as a compliment for Leiceister: the east Midlands team are renowned for developing and discovering world-class talent.

https://twitter.com/TransferNewsCen/status/1459944449002385416?s=20   Ndidi is among the best that LCFC have ever helped along with their career; he is an over-achiever and leader in the tackling as well as interception areas. This season the Nigeria international has had his most standout displays in that remit, and is said to have attracted the attention of the Spanish giants. For players with more than four starts in Europe’s top five divisions during the current campaign, Ndidi impressively leads his field by averaging 5.9 combined challenges and forced turnovers in each match. Previously, Ndidi had one of the worst pass success rates for a leading midfield man but is now increasing completion with a new Premier League percentage at 83.6%. Although, other national representatives in a similar position will have a higher statistical level in the same section. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jQi3iPxJpU
