Bad news! The much anticipated game of the season has been postponed. According to ESPN reporter, Adam Schefter, Cam Newton has tested positive for COVID-19. Consequently, Cam has been ruled out for week 4, and is not expected to suit up.

The league is awaiting more results, for what we are being told by Adam Schefter, the game has been postponed to Tuesday.

Jordan Ta’amu, backup quarterback to Patrick Mahomes, has also tested positive for COVID-19, per Ian Rapoport. Therefore, the NFL is pushing the game back in order to give them more time to get more testing done.

If everything goes smoothly, the game should be played on Tuedsay.
