During the 2019 season, the player of Nigerian descent played with the Jacksonville Jaguars, in 14 games. He totaled 155 snaps at tackle. The Texas A&M alumni was selected by the Bengals in 2015 In the first round (21stoverall).
Due to a torn ACL, the latest Seahawks acquisition suffered during his final collegiate season, Ogbuehi only participated in five games during his rookie year with the Bengals. The following year, Ogbuehi was inserted into the starting lineup, starting 12 of his 14 appearances and spending time at both tackle positions. He then started 13 of his 14 games in 2017, replacing the departed Andrew Whitworth at left tackle.
However, Ogbuehi’s 2017 campaign did not go well, resulting in Cincinnati declining the fifth-year option on his contract. He spent one more year with the Bengals in 2018, but played in just two games.
That ensuing offseason, Ogbuehi signed a one-year deal with the Jaguars and he is now with the Seahawks.
