Devin Booker becomes the 7th youngest player in the NBA history to reach 10,000 points

The Phoenix Suns defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder, 115-97, on Wednesday night in the NBA. Devin Booker led the way for his team with 38 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists. He shot 6-12 from beyond the arc and was highly effective with the ball in his hands. The shooting guard had just a single turnover and denied twice a Thunder player with a block.

This was yet another high-level performance from Devin Booker who slowly becomes one of the irreplaceable figures for the Suns. The 25-year-old has a potentially long career in front of him as he is still looking for his maiden ring. Following his buckets against the Thunder, he became the 7th youngest player in the NBA who reached 10,000 points in his career.

Devin Booker is surely a very exciting player to watch as he has mastered the act of shooting. He is a fantastic jump-shooter and his explosiveness resembles that of Russell Westbrook. Booker is also fast down the court as he is always ready to either make a steal or block a shot. He has been working on his physique and stamina throughout the past couple of years which made him a better version of himself.

His future certainly promises to be compelling as he has everything it takes to be a leader of a top team. He has been only playing for the Suns, since getting drafted in 2015. Booker has been named twice NBA-All Star (2020, 2021) and slowly turns into a precious diamond for Phoenix.
