Boxing legend Frank Bruno has showed his incredible physique off to his fans on social media.
The British boxing icon showed former heavyweight rival Mike Tyson he’s not the only ex-fighter in his 50s keeping in incredible shape.
58-year-old Frank Bruno – who was twice beaten by Tyson – uploaded an impressive picture of him online hitting the heavy bag in great shape while looking in lean condition with his back ripped and muscles bulging for all to see.
Hard-hitting Bruno, who won the WBC belt at Wembley Stadium in 1995, simply wrote: “Evening workout.”
Bruno was praised by a host of legends in boxing for his laudable physique.
Legendary boxing announcer Michael Buffer, said: “Sir Frank is and always has been the gentleman’s gentleman.
“It’s always a thrill for me to see the huge fan reaction, the love, that he gets from the crowd when I introduce him in attendance at ringside!”
Bruno was known for his exceptional punching power, scoring 38 knockouts in 40 wins and giving him a 95% knockout-to-win ratio; his overall knockout percentage was 84.44%. He became a professional boxer in 1981, quickly achieving 21 consecutive wins by knockout.
