UFC superstar Jon Jones showed off his physical transformation ahead of his heavyweight debut, saying he weighs 250lbs.
The 33-year-old gave up his light-heavyweight UFC title in August to step up the weight categories and chase the heavyweight belt.
Jones wrote: “It feels good to not be depriving myself of food anymore, can’t fit any of my suits but I’m moving well #250.”
Jon Jones last fought in February 2020 when he defended the title against Dominick Reyes. He won by unanimous decision and right now ‘Bones’ is waiting for his next opponent.
He will be fighting the winner between UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic and #1 contender Francis Ngannou.
Jones defended his belt at 205lbs (93kg) an incredible 11 times before setting off on his pursuit of Stipe Miocic’s title.
He could also fight Kiwi Israel Adesanya – who is moving up to light heavyweight.
