Lazio has reached a total agreement with Hatayspor to sign Nigerian midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru on a €2 million loan deal.
The 23-year-old talent was identified as a top option to bolster Marco Baroni’s squad following Luis Alberto’s departure. Lazio appreciates Dele-Bashiru’s potential and the transfer’s low cost.
The deal includes a €4 million obligation to buy clause, and Dele-Bashiru will sign a multi-year contract.
Lazio has already signed Tijjani Noslin from Hellas Verona and Loum Tchaoana from Salernitana. They’re also pursuing a move for Manchester United’s Mason Greenwood.
According to La Lazio Siamo Noi and Alfredo Pedulla, Dele-Bashiru’s transfer is expected to be completed in the coming days after reaching an agreement on his contract and the deal with Hatayspor.
