Michelle Alozie Signs New Two-year Contract With Houston Dash

Super Falcons defender Michelle Alozie has signed a new two-year contract with NWSL club, Houston Dash.

The new contract will commence on January 1, 2025.

The contract includes a mutual option for the 2027 NWSL regular season.

The 27-year-old joined Dash in 2021 and has become a key player ever since her arrival at the club.

Alozie said she is delighted to continue her journey with the club.

“Houston will always hold a special place in my heart; this is where I began my professional career and earned so many opportunities to grow on-and-off the field,” she told the club’s official website.

“I’m optimistic about the future of the organization and want to contribute to this club’s success. I am cognizant of the work ahead and I’m thrilled to be a part of this team for years to come.”

The right-back has appeared in 54 games across all competitions for Houston Dash scoring six goals and two assists.
