Liverpool Stars Mohamed Salah, has earned praise from the Italian legend Alessandro Del Piero for his growing influence across the globe.
According to Former Juventus forward Alessandro Del Piero, Mohamed Salah is a god beyond his home country Egypt.
“Salah is already a god – and not only in Egypt!,” Del Piero said at the Laureus World Sports Awards.
“When he was at Roma, I remember how many times he was in of the goal and then he missed the goal.
“And then all of a sudden, at Liverpool he improved that and he scored more than 30 goals per season!
“When you have this kind of mentality that you want to improve yourself, to grow – it’s the best thing.”
The 27-year-old Egypt international has earned two golden boot awards since joining Liverpool in Anfield from AS Roma in 2017. The Champions League winner Del Piero says he is a different player to the one he saw in Serie A.
After he played a key role in the Reds reaching the finals in 2018 but lost to Real Madrid.The Egyptian has help Liverpool win European Champions League last season .
He scores 15 Primer League goals for Liverpool this season in the ongoing English Premier League which they are yet to lose a game in the league. Salah will play a key role in Liverpool game against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League of round 16 stages.
