Frank Lampard has confirmed N’Golo Kante and Willian will be in the Chelsea squad for the FA Cup Final against Arsenal on Saturday.
Kante hasn’t featured for the Blues since July 4 after the 3-0 win over Watford, missing the FA Cup semi-final victory over Manchester United and the final three matches of the league campaign.
‘Kante and Willian are in the squad and we will see if they are fit enough to be involved. Ruben Loftus-Cheek picked up a small problem,’ Frank Lampard said in his pre-match press conference.
Chelsea will monitor Kante’s fitness before Lampard makes a final decision on his team, with winger Willian also set to return in time for the clash.
The Brazilian had been in the Chelsea starting line-up for every game since the Premier League restart but was absent for their final game against Wolves, with Mason Mount starting in his place.
But both players will return to the squad after getting back to full fitness ahead of their penultimate game of the season.
