The President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, has said the country’s football body will give Ahmed Musa 10 million Naira for reaching 100 caps with Nigeria, adding that other players who achieve such milestone will be honoured, too.
Pinnick said NFF will gift Ahmed Musa 10 million for reaching 100 caps with the Super Eagles & it will be norm going forward for 100th cap players.
Air Peace will give the team 10 million for winning against Cape Verde.

Ahmed Musa, who captains the national team, made his 100th appearance for the Super Eagles on Tuesday in a 2–1 World Cup qualifying win against Cape Verde.

He scored his first goal for the Super Eagles in a March 2011 friendly against Kenya and following his appearance against Cape Verde in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier, 28-year-old Musa reached 100 caps. Ahmed Musa has so far scored a total of 15 goals for the Super Eagles; he remains Nigeria’s highest goal scorer at the FIFA World Cup tournament with 4 goals.
