Nigeria international Josh Maja has shown interest of playing for the North London club Arsenal. The former Crystal Palace and Fulham academy player now play for French side FC Girondins de Bordeaux in Ligue 1.

The 21-year-old striker has played 15games and scored five goals for Girondins Bordeaux in the French Ligue 1.

He was born in England, he began his professional career with Sunderland, making 49 appearances and scoring 17 goals. Maja is a promising marksman, who was born in Lewisham, England to Nigerian parents, has opened up about his love for Arsenal.
Maja made his international debut for Nigeria on 10 September 2019 in a 2–2 friendly draw against Ukraine.
