Gabon international, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has come out to deny reports that he wants to leave Arsenal. Arsenal striker says he is happy at the club and wants to stay beyond the summer transfer window.
There has been speculation on the media that the player future with Arsenal will come to an end after the season end, and the Gunners are looking for a potential replacement for the Gabon international.However, Aubameyang has made it clear that he is happy at Arsenal and does not plan on leaving the Emirates Stadium anytime soon.
The 30 –year-old impressive performance this season has attracted interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid both from Spain. According to reports, because Arsenal is not playing in the European Champions League and it’s not likely to finish in the top four and play in the champions league next season, Aubameyang will leave to join a club which he can play in the champions league.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang joined Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018 for a club-record fee – and made a huge impression in England. The former Borussia Dortmund striker was a joint top goal king in the 2018-2019 English Premier League with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.

The Captain of Arsenal has scored 17 goals in the 2019-2020 EPL so far. He is considered to be one of the best strikers in the world, known for his pace, finishing, and off-ball movement. Aubameyang was named African Footballer of the Year in 2015, becoming the first Gabonese player to win the award and second European born player after Fredrick Kanoute.
