Last month, Tiger Woods had a car crash near Los Angeles that caused multiple fractures in the golfer’s legs — requiring immediate surgery.
According to TMZ, there’s no evidence so far showing Woods slowed down as he careened off the road. Matter of facts, it seems Woods never even took his foot off the gas.
The LA County Sheriff’s Department has been studying Woods’ SUV, the crash site and evidence including data from the black box. So far, they haven’t found proof that Woods tried to stop the vehicle once he lost control of it.
Woods says he doesn’t remember the accident, though he was conscious when pulled out through the front windshield of the crumbled luxury SUV following the wreck in Rancho Palos Verdes.
The Sheriff’s Department did not elaborate much more.
