Before tonight, Central African Republic hadn’t won a game since November 2019. They’ve just beaten 3-time AFCON winners Nigeria after Karl Namnganda scored the game’s only goal in the added time.
So far, victories over Liberia and Cape Verde is seeing the Super Eagles lead Group C.
However, they were hoping to secure more points today, against the Wild Beasts to boost chances of qualification.
And it's a goal for the Central African Republic.
