Omorinsola Babajide Joins AS Roma on Two-Year Deal

Super Falcons forward, Omorinsola Babajide has signed for Italian Femminile club, AS Roma.

According to a statement on the club’s official website, Babajide put pen to paper on a two-year contract.

The versatile forward moved to the Rome club on a free transfer after leaving Spanish Liga F club, UD Tenerife in May, following the expiration of her contract.

Babajide joins her international teammate Shukurat Oladipo at AS Roma.

She will link up with her new teammates after the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations currently ongoing in Morocco.

The former Liverpool and Real Betis player has been assigned jersey number 30 by the Galliorosi.
