Michael Jordan’s rare Bulls rookie jersey could be sold for $500K

A rare jersey worn by Michael Jordan during his rookie years at Chicago Bulls is up for sale at a hefty price.

The said shirt has been put on auction and could fetch up to $500,000, according to a report by TMZ Sports.

The former NBA star wore the red mesh size 42 Rawlings jersey several times during the 1984-1985 campaign.

The 57-year-old emerged rookie of the year after averaging 28.2 points per game and leading the Bulls to the playoffs.

His jersey from that now has now hit Goldin Auctions block and is expected to fetch half a million.

Items owed by Jordan have seen their values spike following his starring feature in ESPN’s “Last Dance” docu-series.

Reports suggest baseballs he signed as a youth ballplayer are now being sold at exorbitant prices.

Meanwhile, bidding has already started for Jordan’s rookie jersey and it remains to be seen who would grab this valuable item.
