The Sudanese-American, Bol Bol, still gets some playing time in this highly competitive Denver Nuggets’ team. The Sudanese-born NBA player has had some decent performances recently. He scored a career-high 11 points against the Houston Rockets in his first game for 2022.
Now, the Nuggets had a tougher opponent in the face of Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks. Bol Bol got just over 6 minutes on the court in which he made 2-3 shots from the field. He ended up having 5 points and 2 rebounds. In the opening quarter, the 22-year-old nailed down his first 3-pointer of the season.

One of the tallest players in the NBA surely wants to make his breakthrough for the Nuggets. However, the lack of physique and athleticism plays a huge impact for the future of the 22-year old. The center will be a free agent in 2022 when his 2-year contract with the Nuggets will expire.
He would want to stick around for more years in the NBA surpassing his dad’s records. Manute Bol is well-known for his defensive plays as he is considered to be one of the best shot-blockers of his time. He became the only player in the history of the organization who finished off with more blocks than points scored in his career.
