Celtic‘s Karamoko Dembele has opted to play for England’s youth sides instead of Scotland’s, according to The Sun.
The 16-year-old, who made his first-team debut for Celtic in May, had been turning out for both England and Scotland at Under-16 and Under-17 level.
But now it appears Dembele has chosen to represent England, at least while at youth level – he would be able to revert back to Scotland until he makes a competitive appearance for the senior team.
