Siakam dropped 25 points on 9-for-19 shooting with seven boards and two blocks. It was a solid performance, and it was even more impressive when compared to his countryman and fellow ascendant Eastern Conference big man, Joel Embiid. Embiid became the first player in at least 35 years to go scoreless despite taking at least 10 field goal attempts and three tries from the free throw line. The result was the worst game of Embiid’s career: zero points on 0-for-11 shooting, zero blocks, 13 rebounds, 4 turnovers, and 5 fouls.
