Seattle Seahawks sack Kemah Siverand for sneaking female guest into team hotel

Seattle Seahawks have sacked rookie CB Kemah Siverand after he was caught trying to sneak an unauthorized visitor into the team hotel.

According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Siverand violated team protocol by trying to get a woman into the team hotel.

Siverand, 23, signed as an undrafted free agent after splitting his time in college at Texas A&M and Oklahoma State.

With a strong showing at training camp, Siverand could have made the team as a reserve defensive back and special teams contributor. Instead, he finds himself without an NFL gig because he broke league protocol.

Even in a regular, non-pandemic camp setting, players are usually forbidden from welcoming visitors to team hotels or dorms.
