Zlatan Ibrahimovic signs contract extension for AC Milan

Zlatan Ibrahimović has signed a new contract to stay AC Milan until June 2022.

AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has signed a one-year contract extension that will keep him at the club beyond his 40th birthday.

Ibrahimovic joined Milan for a second time in December of 2019.

Ibrahimovic has scored 17 goals in 25 matches in all competitions this season, passing 500 career goals in February.

The Sweden international previously spent two seasons with Milan from 2010-2012, where he won the league title.

The striker returned to San Siro in December 2019 on a free transfer after leaving LA Galaxy.
