Bayern Munich has secured the signing of Michael Olise from Crystal Palace on a five-year deal, the club announced on Sunday.
German media reports indicate that Bayern will pay 60 million euros ($64.15 million), including add-ons, for the 22-year-old London-born player.
Despite an injury-plagued season, Olise impressed with 10 goals and six assists in 19 appearances last year.
“I want to prove myself at this level and play my part in ensuring that we win as many titles as possible with our team in the coming years,” Olise said.
Olise was highly sought after by top clubs like Chelsea and Newcastle United, but ultimately chose Bayern Munich as his next destination.
