Deontay Wilder would knock out Anthony Joshua – Tyson Fury

Tyson Fury believes Anthony Joshua is not among the top two of heavyweights and says Deontay Wilder would knock out the Brit.

According to him, “The Bronze Bomber” is currently the second best heavyweight in the world.

Fury has already fought Wilder twice, drawing in one bout and defeating him in the other, while a trilogy is imminent.

However, the “Gypsy King” is also slated to face Anthony Joshua for the WBC, WBA (super), WBO, IBF and The Ring world heavyweight titles.

Discussing both fighters, Fury said Wilder punches harder and is generally the better fighter compared to AJ.

“Deontay Wilder is the second best heavyweight in the world. I believe he knocks Anthony Joshua out and everyone behind me,” he said on The Lockdown.

“Everybody else out there, I think he knocks them out because me being a master boxer and people think ‘just go forward on Deontay Wilder now you knock him out.’

“The fact of the matter is if they watch the tape I’m not just going forward, I was using feints, I was using a calculated jab, I was going up and downstairs, hitting the body and hitting the head.

“I was also using the double feint with the front foot, using the front legs as levers to jump in and land big shots on him and it’s not so easy to do.”

Fury will face off with Wilder for the third time later this year after the latter triggered an immediate rematch clause.
