Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has tested positive for coronavirus and will not play on Sunday against the Steelers.

According to reports, four more Ravens players and one more staff member have tested positive for COVID-19 — which should include Jackson.

Ravens were scheduled to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers Thursday night, but the league was forced to reschedule the matchup due to the Ravens’ COVID-19 outbreak.

A Ravens employee has also been disciplined in connection with the outbreak.

The news of the reigning MVP’s positive test results deals a huge blow to the club as it continues to see more players and staff members either test positive or deemed as close contacts.

This isn’t the first time the Steelers have had a game rescheduled because of COVID-19 tests among their opponents. They lost their first scheduled bye week when the Tennesee Titans were reporting positive coronavirus cases.
